This is a Permanent Part Time position which will include some weekend work.

• Operate the bar: prepare, serve, and close down bar operations.
• Provide responsible service of alcohol and support customers in drinking within safe limits.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and public areas.
• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and conduct regular stocktakes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle cash transactions accurately.

• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• A team player with strong communication and time management skills.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment.
• Able to pass a police clearance and pre-employment checks.
