Our tower portfolio of 2,400 covers Cape Reigna to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand.

Kiwis’ mobile data use has increased dramatically in recent years and demand for mobile services continues to grow. The Connexa team is focused on ensuring Aotearoa is keeping up with this increasing demand, both today and into the future, by building an additional 800 towers over the next eight years to support the required growth in coverage and capacity.

As a System Administrator at Connexa you will be the go-to expert, at the heart of our core systems; managing service requests, handling configuration updates, supporting projects and end-users, system maintenance, and continuous improvement of our systems.

Utilising your strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment; you'll champion user adoption, engage with colleagues at all levels, stay ahead of the curve with the latest system releases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless integration solutions.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in system administration and integration.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent accreditation is highly desirable but not required.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Proficient in SQL, with a key focus on querying databases to improve data quality and perform data analysis.
  • An understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and experience in administering and supporting it. The ideal candidate can use PowerShell and/or REST APIs to automate SharePoint administration tasks.
  • Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service, focusing on outcomes and user solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical language into plain English for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders and users of varying IT knowledge.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to create quality documentation and reports.
