We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, organised, and people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client relationship management through to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare. You will play a key role in building strong partnerships and ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment (business development, sourcing, screening, placement, and aftercare)
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts
  • Maintaining strong administrative processes and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring workplace Health & Safety standards are understood and upheld
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in 360 or end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven sales experience with a strong results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated account management capability
  • Strong administration and compliance skills
  • Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability
  • High level of professionalism and punctuality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with culturally diverse communities
  • Full Class 1 Driver Licence
  • Clean criminal record
