-time role.In this fast-paced role, you'll provide dedicated support to senior leaders, including the Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and the wider Digital Leadership Team.
You'll be the first point of contact for these leaders—managing time, priorities, and relationships with professionalism and precision.You'll also play a key role in creating structure, maintaining momentum, and supporting day-to-day operations across a complex and fast-moving portfolio.Your day-to-day may include:managing calendars and inboxes to ensure priorities are met and nothing gets missedpreparing meeting packs, tracking actions, and coordinating follow-upssupporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general team logisticsbringing structure and consistency to team processes and operationsbuilding trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholdersworking closely with others across Digital to keep work aligned and moving.

Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe remuneration band for this role is $59,729 to $80,794- while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
