Medical Receptionist - 32 Hours per week - Greerton

If you are passionate about delivering the best patient experience you can, then a fantastic opportunity has opened for someone to become part of a team that provides reception and administration support to our 11 doctors and 10 nurses.

Hours – 32 hours per week plus share in the weekend roster (approximately 1 in 4).

• Experience preferred, but not essential
• Experience in working collaboratively in a large team
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to prioritise workloads
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use initiative/common sense
• Great communication skills – written and oral
• High level of accuracy – attention to detail
• Possess a positive attitude and the resilience needed to work in a front-line support position
• Eligible to work in New Zealand
