Join our dynamic team in **Botany Downs** as a Duty Manager, where your role will focus on team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, and leading the charge on providing an exceptional customer experience.If you flourish in a high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere, where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!
We're looking for someone that's available to work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday.

**What will you be doing****?**- Operating the tills
- Leading the team to provide first class customer service
- Responsible for running a shift
- Training and coaching the team
- Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders
- Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets
- Maintaining a clean and tidy department
- Be a Health & Safety advocate
**What will you need to bring to this role?**
To be successful in this role:
- Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred
- Previous retail experience
- Passionate about pursuing a retail career
- A customer service expert
- A reliable and trustworthy work ethic
- Can build a great rapport with the team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours/weekends
- A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
