Location: Hawera, TaranakiHours: 25 hours per week (9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday)

The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a bright, bubbly, highly experianced Office Administrator to join our team across our businesses. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and flexible environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Answering customer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Processing invoices and reconciling accounts using Xero
- General administration duties to support daily operations
- Updating and maintaining health and safety records
- Assisting the dispatch team during busy periods
- Supporting other divisions (Farming, Transport, Feed Sales) when needed
- A positive attitude and sense of humour – we like to get the job done and have fun doing it
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with administrative tasks and customer service
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Willingness to learn and pitch in across the business in multiple areas
- Ability to adapt in a flexible and fast-moving environment
