We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of project delivery, contract management, and stakeholder coordination, helping us drive high-impact energy projects forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients—covering delivery terms, pricing, scope of services, and product specifications.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, deliveries, installation schedules, service expectations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage all documentation related to contracts, programs, and services, including import records, project logs, client agreements, compliance documents, and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Installers, and Clients to ensure project timelines, technical specs, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Advise senior management on project progress, risks, client escalations, and contract changes, supporting strategic decisions and operational alignment.
- Oversee contractors (e.g., electricians, logistics teams), monitor site activities, and report deviations from work orders or site plans.
- Prepare internal updates and external reports on project performance, customer feedback, supplier metrics, and process improvements.
- Gather and analyse project data—delivery metrics, cost components, technical feedback—to support decision-making and innovation.
- Coordinate office or warehouse expansion efforts, including property search, lease negotiation, fit-out arrangements, and relocation planning.
The successful applicant should demonstrate the following:
- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering, statistics or project management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage contracts, documentation, and project timelines effectively
- Confident communicator with internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to challenges
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Able to interpret and support decisions from senior management
- Familiarity with project reporting, data analysis, and work order tracking
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in using MS Office
- Ability to communicate in a language other than English is desirable.
- Confident in approaching challenging conversations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication throughout the supply chain
