Join our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to New Zealanders, as part of an integrated and collaborative team.About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Consultant Radiologist to join our forward-thinking team at Dunedin Hospital, where we are on the cusp of a transformational change with the construction of a new, state-of-the-art, fully digital hospital.This role is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team (MDT) delivering high-quality, patient-centred diagnostic imaging services to a population of approximately 310,000 across the lower South Island.

The role has a strong emphasis on emergency and inpatient imaging, with excellent support and collegiality within the department.What we offer includes the following:Comprehensive imaging services: Our Radiology service includes MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional procedures, supported by modern RIS/PACS systems.

Mammography is not providedGeneralist role with flexibility: We are looking for a Radiologist with a generalist scope, particularly in CT and MRI.

Experience in ultrasound and image-guided procedures is valued but not essential.
