We’re Hiring: Store Manager
Location: Supavalue supermarket Otara.
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

Hours: 30–40 hours per week (flexible)

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth, successful store operations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Select, recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales representatives.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating the team to achieve sales and service goals.
  3. Ensure an excellent shopping and service experience by greeting, assisting, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  4. Handle escalated customer concerns or complaints professionally, providing satisfactory resolutions.
  5. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining records.
  6. Provide advice to customers, guiding them on products and services offered.
  7. Achieve store sales targets by monitoring and optimising sales performance.
  8. Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  9. Set competitive pricing strategies in line with company goals to drive revenue growth.
  10. Formulate and implement marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
  11. Analyse market trends to adjust marketing efforts and stay competitive.
  12. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely product availability.
  13. Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee inventory management, including stock ordering.
  14. Ensure accurate management of inventory, including conducting regular stock checks, managing reordering, and monitoring product displays.
  15. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
