**About the Business:**
We are seeking the full-time services of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Health professionals. The position is based in Hamilton and involves providing operations leadership to our Midland, Waikato and Tauranga Bridge Programme.
**Our ideal candidate will:**- Degree and Registration in Addictions or related field i.e. Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
- Proven experience in leadership of Residential and Community alcohol and other drug addiction services.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven Human Resources background
- Effective communication skills, able to deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences.
- Able to work within the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and have the ability and confidence to build and strengthen partnerships with Mana Whenua and community networks.
- The ability to work as a team member while evidencing effective self-management and organisation.
- Be contract literate, able to deliver measurable outcomes within time frames.
- Contribute innovative solutions that support retention and expansion of contracts and funding.
- Strong administrative skills including significant computer skills and report writing
- Experience in facilitating groups and in case management in the Alcohol and Drug field.

This role is **permanent** and **hours worked will be 40 per week.**
The starting salary for this role will fall **between $125,000 and $130,000.**
The starting hourly rate for this role will fall between **$60 and $62**
