REAP Recruitment provides a Recruitment Service to the Real Estate and Property Industry. We are currently looking for an Outbound Sales Consultant (Recruitment) to manage existing candidate engagement and generate new leads.
Your role will be to- call existing database about career opportunities
- manage new enquiries
- source addtional leads for current job opportunities
- Database management
- Outbound calling experience (large volume)
- Prior recruitment experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated & dedicated to the task
- Good knowledge of CRM's
- Excellent telephone manner
This role is suitable for someone who can manage their own time and not afraid to pick up the phone and includes a large volume of daily outbound calls (80% of role). The core role could be managed during "school hours" with any admin done (if required) at other times.
