Forklift Operator & Storeperson

1. 27 per hour + 8% Holiday Pay

• Dayshift & Monday to Friday work - no weekends

We are working with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company based in Albany and are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson with a current forklift licence to join their team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick packing and wrapping customer orders
• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound deliveries
• Moving aluminium and steel lengths safely within the warehouse
• Operating a forklift for daily warehouse tasks
• Cutting materials to order specifications using a bandsaw
• Managing inwards and outwards goods
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

About You:

• Current & valid Counter Balance forklift licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• Physically fit and comfortable handling heavy materials
• Strong health and safety awareness
• Able to accurately follow measurements and cutting specifications
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
