Are you an experienced Senior recruitment consultant or BD manager? If so, you understand how much of an impact you can have in the community, connecting good people with job opportunities.We're on the lookout for two experienced Recruitment Consultants - whether your expertise lies in construction, corporate, IT or other industries altogether, the successful applicants will have a reputation and track record that speaks for itself.
If you're organised, opportunity-driven, and a responsible self-starter, this role is for you. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative abilities.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven success in B2B business development and portfolio management.
- A passion for helping others while being motivated to hit sales targets
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in temporary contract or permanent recruitment.
- A solid understanding of New Zealand immigration and work visas.
- A full or restricted driver's license.
- References that validate your strong performance history.
