The primary objectives of the role are to ensure that all customers receive efficient, caring and professional service at all times; ensure product knowledge, general housekeeping, merchandising, stock maintenance and store standards are kept to the highest degree.Equally important is stepping in to support your team members when they need your help.
This is a Permanent Full Time position, rostered 40 hours across 5 days from Monday to Sunday. This includes rostered Saturdays
**Do you have what we are looking for?**- Previous retail sales or Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or natural health products would be an advantage.
- Customer service focus to meet external and internal customer needs.
- Flexible, adaptable and good customer empathy.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming.
- Must be able to work under pressure and have good computer skills.
- Willing to train in pharmacy services like ear piercing, sleep apnoea tests, blood pressure tests, etc.
