Digger Operator (Experienced)

Noel McIntyre Drainage Ltd is a small family owned and operated business based in Southland and we are looking for a competent, experienced and energetic digger operator to join our team.
We have been in the farm drainage and earthworks business over 30 years, and our work is varied and always busy. Work includes farm drainage; farm maintenance; site preparation; transporting machinery and general earthworks. The successful applicant must be experienced on diggers but also happy to operate other heavy machinery such as loaders; dozer; tractor; truck/trailer etc.The role also involves some labour work as required.
We are looking for:- 2-3 years of digger experience (5 tonne to 30 tonne preferred)
- Some experience and willingness to operate other heavy machinery
- Class 2-5 Licence's would be an advantage
- WTR endorsement
- Clean drivers license and ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- References would be an advantage
A good remuneration package can be negotiated for the right person who has a positive attitude, can work to H&S regulations and show workplace initiative.
