Human Resources Business Partner

Opportunity for an HRBP - available for immediate start!
The role is a blend of strategic and operational HR in a unionised, SME, manufacturing environment. This is an hourly contract role, located in South Auckland and offers WFH. The focus of the role is to embed and enhance HR practices within the business and coach leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- End to end HR
- Implementation of global HR strategy
- Leadership Mentoring and coaching
- Generalist advice
- Policies and processes
- Culture and engagement
- Performance management
- ER/IR
Reporting to the HR Director in Australia and NZ GM, this is a great role for a Senior HRBP . We are looking for at least 4 years' experience, preferably in a unionised environment
