2026 Vintage - Cellar Hands - Blenheim

Successful applicants will be on a fixed-term agreement starting late February with a minimum of 30 hours a week (Monday - Sunday). During peak harvest, expect 12-hour shifts six days a week.

Previous winery experience (one vintage) is a bonus – but if you're not afraid of long hours and hard work, we're keen to chat!
In this role, you'll be supporting our Winemaking and Cellar teams with:- Fruit receival
- Inoculations
- Red & white cellar work
- Wine & juice transfers
- Winery sanitation
- Barrel work
- Additions to juice & wine
- Sampling & testing
- Competitive pay: $23.50–$32.80/hour (based on experience)
- Limited access to shared accommodation
- Meals during 12-hour shifts + the occasional treat
- Transport to/from the winery
