Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) - DSU and Endoscopy
Rotorua/Taupo Hospital (based in Rotorua)
Fixed Term 1.0 FTE till 30 Nov 2026.
We have a rare opportunity for a ACNM to lead efficiency and excellence within the Daystay Unit and Endoscopy team. Our team in Lakes is passionate, hardworking and friendly. You will be responsible for ensuring staffing, stock levels, policies, professional standards, audits are maintained within these units, as well as supporting the team on the floor where required.The Daystay Unit works Mon-Friday 7am - 8pm and the Endoscopy unit provides service 24/7.
This position is on a fixed term while the Senior nurse structure is reviewed.

About the Role- Manage day of surgery admissions perioperative admissions through to discharge.
- Leading and facilitate Elective, Interventional and acute Endoscopy procedures.
- Manage Staff coordination, training and supporting learning needs.
- Conducting Audits and surveys.
- Ensuring professional standards are maintained across both sites.
- Experienced RN in leading a team with recent
Endoscopy knowledge and awareness of GRS standards.

About you- Current APC with the New Zealand Nursing Council.
- Ability to lead and work autonomously and under pressure, with strong clinical decision making skills.
- Motivated, team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and have strong communication skills
