Barista/Front of House Part-time
We are on the hunt for someone extra awesome to join our very busy weekend team on Sundays in our Melville store.
These shifts typically range from 6am – 2.30pm – every Sunday (there are always opportunities to pick up more hours on a Saturday and during the week).
A typical day would look like this:Arriving on site at 6am to our handcrafted products delivered to the store, unpacking it to display beautifully on our shelves and cabinet, prepping the coffee machine ready to hit go when we open at 7am.
You then spend the day serving our customers with delicious breads, pastries and coffee to then close up at 2pm, packing everything down to get the team ready for another day where we do it all over again!
We make sure you are fed and watered with the good stuff (coffee of course!) while on shift to get you through the day with a pep in your step and can promise some pretty epic sunrises!
We have five stores across the Waikato with a tight knit team of people that have been with us for a long time so finding the right person is very important to me.They would need to have reliable transport and to be a morning person is an absolute must.
This candidate will also have:- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Be well presented
- A team player
- Some barista skills – an advantage if you have some under your belt
- And most importantly, a beautiful smile and attitude!
