Warehouse Operator – Ongoing Role, Small Team, Forklift Required

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operator to join a well-established manufacturing/industrial site in Christchurch.

This is an ongoing opportunity within a small, tight-knit team where you’ll be trained across multiple areas of the operation. If you enjoy variety and being hands-on, this role offers more than just standard warehouse duties.

You’ll learn all aspects of the business over time, making this a great opportunity for someone wanting long-term stability and skill development.

• Forklift operation (loading/unloading trucks, moving stock)
• Pick packing and dispatch
• Machine operating (full training provided)
• Assisting across different departments as required
• General warehouse and production duties

• Current forklift licence (OSH required)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Team player who can also work independently
• Willingness to learn machine operation and production processes
