SITE Foreman Residential Construction

Time to get off the tools 90 % of the time and lead from the front to keep the projects moving?

Were after a solid residential, multi dwelling Foreman that is calm under pressure, loves to build quality mid to high end products and keen to work for a progressive and well-respected NZ owned construction firm.

This is a FULL-TIME role with company Ute, tools of trade and room to grow. You may already be a foreman looking for a better company to work with and better product to produce or youre the go to person already that is looking for this opportunity to step up!

• Running day-to-day site operations for Multi Dwelling residential builds * Managing and coordinating subbies
• Ordering materials (POs) and keeping supply flowing
• Working closely with inspectors and ensuring compliance
• Driving build programme and keeping builds on track with support form skilled Project managers who are also amazing, qualified builders
• Attending where needed defect walks with clients post-handover
• Jumping in where needed whether thats solving problems or picking up tools, never afraid to get your hands dirty; this is teamwork.

• Must have solid residential building experience (NZ or Australia) trade qualified
• Is either a foreman or if youre the go to person on site but not yet a foreman, this could be your chance to step up.
• Can handle pressure and have the tough conversations when needed Takes pride in quality builds especially in the mid to high-end market
• Still enjoys being hands-on but wants to move 90% off the tools
• A great foreman meaning you are calm by nature, team player, good communicator and can solve problems, along with being well organised and doesnt need to be babysat
• You will have intermediate tech skills (can send emails and keep up with technology and programmes online)

• Around $100K base + full use Ute + tools of trade
• Strong pipeline of work across Aucklands most sort after suburbs meaning mid to high end builds (not cookie cutter or HNZ builds)
