We are hiring full-time store manager at Sal's Pizza
Successful candidate will be offered a full-time job, and will be expected to work 35 - 45 hours/week with an hourly rate between $25 and $30. Must be available to work on weekends and evenings.
Restaurant management experience is preferred.Minimum of 1 year working experience at pizzeria is required.
As a store manager you will be responsible for operation of the business which will include:- Coordinate the FOH and BOH daily operation
- Interviewing, hiring, training and motivating staff
- Setting and managing a budget for the store
- Ensuring the business is profitable by controlling costs and increasing sales
- Creating and maintaining a customer friendly environment
- Ensuring good customer service and product quality
