What You'll Be Doing:* Working across a diverse range of projects - from new homes to commercial fit-outs* Interpreting plans and executing precise, high-quality construction* Collaborating with a skilled crew to meet deadlines and uphold craftsmanship* Supporting or mentoring apprentices (if experienced in leading small teams)

We're Looking For:* A Level 4 Certificate in Carpentry* Proven hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction* Strong attention to detail and excellent tool handling skills* Your own reliable set of carpentry tools* A positive attitude with a focus on health, safety, and teamwork
