A sucessful candidate must have either experience or qualification.
Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience orQualification: Level 4 or above
The task Include: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Organise and control the functions and resources of offices such as administrative systems and office personnel.Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards allocating human resources, space and equipment
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
Managing records and accounts of the office liaising with Professionals to coordinate
Office business and to facilitate resolution of problems ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations ensuring work
complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance
management, payroll, training and supervision
Provide support to our planning consultants by preparing documentation, assisting
with site visits and other duties
Assist with the coordination of office events, team building activities, and employee
celebrations
Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed
Must follow health and safety polices
Job Type: Permanent & ongoingPay rate: $30.00-$35.00
Hours: 30-40 per week
Weekend availabilty: Must be able to work on weekend, if required.
