Eastbourne Pharmacy is a friendly, community-focused pharmacy dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of our customers. We are currently looking for a Pharmacy Retail Assistant to join us.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy. A key focus of the role is enhancing customer experience and promoting customer wellbeing.
Essential qualities:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong customer focus with a passion for helping people
- Reliable, self-motivated, and well organised
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience is desirable but not essential.
- Must have New Zealand residency or hold a valid NZ work permit
