Accounts Administrator

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Administrator who knows their way around the New Zealand business environment. This isn’t an entry-level role — we need someone who can jump straight in and support the day-to-day running of our accounts and admin functions with confidence and accuracy.

To be clear: if you do not have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the New Zealand market, please do not apply.

What you'll be doing: -Full-function accounts payable and receivable

  • Processing and reconciling company credit card receipts
-Client set-up and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Answering phones, assisting customers, and handling general office admin
  • Supporting the office manager to keep everything running smoothly
  • Using SAP or similar systems to manage financial and client data (ideally SAP but not essential)
We’re looking for someone who has:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within NZ
  • Strong understanding of NZ tax compliance and invoicing processes
  • Experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems)
  • Sharp attention to detail – nothing gets past you
  • A hands-on, no-fuss attitude – you're happy to roll up your sleeves and do what needs doing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
