ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our Cladding Team on a casual basis, with the potential for permanent full-time employment for the right fit.

This is a physical, hands-on role that includes:
  • Installing cladding systems (training provided)
  • Labouring, site clean-up, and general assistance
  • Exterior plastering & painting
  • Working with power tools (e.g., drills, saws, sanders)
  • Working at heights on scaffolding and ladders
  • Supporting other tasks as needed across projects

You’ll be part of a team that travels to where the work is, primarily around Auckland. Company vehicles are provided for out-of-town travel.

WORK HOURS
  • 8–10 hour shifts, scheduled anytime between sunrise and sunset, Tuesday to Friday
  • Saturday work may be required depending on project deadlines. No work on Sundays
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Physically fit and able to lift 20–30kg regularly
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable working at heights and with power tools (training provided if needed)
  • Reliable, respectful, and willing to contribute to a team
  • Open to learning and up-skilling
  • Strong personal values such as honesty, teamwork, and service
  • Must have your own transport and smartphone
  • Flexible and ready to travel to different job sites as required
