• Prepare Broodmares for foaling, movement, feeding and grooming as well as assisting with foaling in paddocks
• Preparing Yearlings for sale, including moving, feeding and grooming
• Feed, groom, and care for horses according to their individual needs.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain comfortable stables and enclosures.
• Monitor horse health, maintain records, including working with Broodmare and Yearling Managers.
• Treat minor injuries, and report serious conditions to veterinarians.
• Exercise horses and prepare them for specific tasks
• Collaborate with riders, owners, and team members to meet training goals.

• A minimum of least 2 years of relevant horse preparation experience
• Strong knowledge of equine behaviour, health, and care.
• Physical fitness to handle horses and perform stable duties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate health and training records.
