Casual Front of House

Supporting Panhead’s Tasting Room as the Front of House in a casual crew member capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining the awesome vibe at the Tasting Room to the utmost of your abilities and responsibilities.

• You will be fair, honest, professional and you don’t play favorites. You will be flexible enough to cope with the crazy stuff that goes on around here and you will be willing to pitch in when needed, even if the hours get a little weird on the odd occasion.
• You will be happy to be accountable and take responsibility for the good name of Panhead.

• Performing well in fast-paced pressure environments ensuring operational needs are met at all times
• Polite, helpful and genuine with our customers, whilst also delivering on the Panhead image
• Be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with others, in all situations
• Follow all health and safety requirements as set out in company procedures to ensure guests, colleagues and yourself are safe at all times.
• Provide detailed information on food and beverage options. Updating clients and colleagues of any changes or requirements.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven work experience as a Front of House
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS) *Basic math skills
• Attentiveness and patience for customers – in all circumstances

• We are closed most public holidays, and we have a Christmas shut down period
• Wednesday – Sunday roster. With rostered hours between, Wed 3pm – 8.30pm, Thurs & Fri 12pm – 9pm, Sat – 12pm-10pm, Sun 12pm-8.00pm.
