Accomdation and Hospitality Manager - Gore

Tenet Limited supply holiday home accommodation in Lake Tekapo. They have 5 holiday homes in their portfolio and accommodation nights have increased dramatically year on year since the business started. It is extremely busy as Lake Tekapo is very much on the radar of the burgeoning global tourist market.

Due to business need, they are looking for 1 Accomdation and Hospitality Manager to join thier team

This is a full time permanent position with guaranteed 30 working hours per week

The main job responsibilties include but not limit to:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating the organization, administration, and operations of the establishment.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and other relevant regulations.
• Engaging and training staff, as well as maintaining standards of staff performance and guest services.
• Planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and keeping appropriate records.
• Handling public relations and marketing responsibilities to promote the establishment.
• Addressing guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

To be successfull, you will need to:

• good communication skill
• be reliable
• NZQA diploma or above qualification
• Minimum 2 years working experience could substitute the formal qualification requirement
