Carpentry Apprentice

We are are a well established busy construction company looking to expand our current team with carpenters/ carpenter apprentices

• Minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed
• $30-35 per hour depending on experience
• Ongoing, stable work with a supportive team

You’ll be involved in a variety of hands on carpentry projects. Your day-to-day could include:

• Framing, formwork, and finishing work

• Working on New Buid Projects as well as repairs and renovations
• Ensuring health and safety protocols are followed

Constructs, erects, installs, renovates and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, wallboard and other materials. Registration or licensing may be required.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Be an experienced carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice (3+ years)
• Have a solid understanding of building practices
• Be safety-conscious and proactive on site
• Be flexible – willing to jump in where needed across site tasks
• Take pride in delivering clean, accurate work
• Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and be a team player
• Be currently in NZ or eligible under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV)
