placeWellington calendar_month
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Facebook and Google advertising. This role also requires a good level of graphic design competency to support campaign creatives. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising ad campaigns while also creating supporting visuals across digital platforms.

Ideal for someone who thrives in ecommerce, knows how to get a return on ad spend, and enjoys working on bold, performance-driven campaigns.

We’re a fast-paced ecommerce brand at the heart of the performance automotive scene, Love cars? You’ll fit right in – we live and breathe performance.

Working Hours & Flexibility

We’re open to shaping this role around the right person. This can be either full-time or part-time, depending on your experience and availability.
  • Work the hours that suit you – we care about output, not time at a desk
  • Remote-friendly, with flexibility around how you structure your day
  • Ideal for someone confident in managing their own schedule and workload

Important Note

You’ll be stepping into the shoes of a skilled external ad agency – this role is being brought in-house. That means we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with proven experience in managing and optimising Facebook & Google Ads campaigns.

We won’t be teaching ad fundamentals – you’ll be expected to plug straight into live campaigns and start contributing from day one. The only learning curve will be getting up to speed with our brand, our tone, and the specific campaigns we’ve got planned.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who knows their stuff and is ready to own it.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, build, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google
  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions
  • Manage budgets and deliver strong ROAS
  • Design supporting creative assets: ad graphics, social posts, email banners
  • Collaborate on launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns
  • Contribute ideas to improve conversion and customer engagement
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience running and scaling Facebook & Google Ads
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and pivot strategies fast
  • Comfortable designing in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
  • Good eye for layout and branding (but you don’t need to be a perfectionist)
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Google, Meta
  • Comfortable working solo, managing your own projects, and hitting deadlines
  • Video ad editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style ads)
What You’ll Get
  • Freedom to own your space and grow with the brand
  • Involvement in high-energy campaigns and creative marketing
  • Flexible work setup
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Discounts + performance bonuses possible

You’ll be our go-to for digital ad performance – crafting and running smart, ROI-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. You’ll also support the visual side with basic to mid-level design skills for social graphics, email creatives, and website banners.
