Trainer & Customer Support Person

We are looking for a support person to help train our new and existing school customers primarily on our SchoolBridge Platform, which involves online staff and student forms, as well as Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) forms and workflow.

This is full time 30 hour a week role.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver primarily remote training and retraining for new and existing SchoolBridge customers
  • Run webinars and online demos for prospective schools.
  • Help with support via live chat, email, and phone—separate user error from technical issues.
  • Keep help guides and documentation up to date as products evolve.
  • Work with our developer/trainer to turn school feedback into product improvements.
Must-have Experience & Skills
  • Native-level English fluency (C2 CEFR) with clear, confident written and verbal communication.
  • Customer service skills- experience providing support and relating to customers
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Reliable and comfortable working both independently and collaborating in a team environment.
  • Must be a self starter and use your initiative
  • Familiar with remote work tools (video calls, screen sharing, shared docs).
Nice to have
  • Experience in the NZ education sector and/or EOTC processes.
  • Familiarity with SchoolBridge or SchoolPoint.
  • Basic understanding of web apps (forms, workflows) and troubleshooting.
