You will be accountable for all Customer Service and customer interface activities to help grow our business, and also to maintain and improve workshop efficiency and parts margins.
Automotive/Technical experience is a distinct advantage. Sales, computer skills, and a working knowledge of Mechanic Desk is also important.The ideal candidate would need to be able to work well within a small, customer-focused team, and experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Key Responsibility Areas- Customer Service Reception
- Vehicle repair quotation preparation
- Customer invoice preparation
- Daily sales reconciliation
- Daily Cash, Cheque, Eftpos and payments reconciliation
- Supplier invoice reconciliation
- Stock taking
- A professional, well-presented person who prides themselves on accuracy.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to follow through
- Most importantly providing good old-fashioned "Service" and a ‘Can Do Attitude’ to our many loyal customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A clean full driver's licence.
- Ideally this role would suit someone with previous experience – perhaps with an Automotive Dealership background
Monday – Friday 8-4:30 pm approx. 40 hours per week with some Rostered Saturdays.
