About these Roles

These full-time positions in Cambridge involves high-quality auto-body repairs and refinishing, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards. You’ll work closely with our workshop team and production manager to deliver efficient, top-tier repairs and paint while upholding our commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strip, fit, and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Refit and align panels, remove/replace glass as required
  • Maintain a safe, efficient workshop (health & safety is a priority)
  • Work collaboratively to meet deadlines
  • Prepare vehicles and panels for painting (sanding, masking, priming, etc.)
  • Mix and apply paints to achieve correct finish and colour match
  • Perform refinishing, touch-ups, and detailing to a high standard
  • Maintain painting equipment, tools, and spray booth
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Work collaboratively with panel beaters and production staff to meet deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years experience in automotive panel and paint industry(or relevant trade qualifications)
  • Passion for the auto industry and keeping up with advancements
  • Strong work ethic, drive to improve, and team-player attitude
  • Physically fit – able to operate machinery and be on your feet most of the day
