- IICRC WRT Certification (required)
- 2–5 years of field experience in water damage restoration
- Strong knowledge of industry equipment, techniques, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
