Parts & Service Technician - Taupo

Walterscheid NZ Ltd is a leading provider of driveline systems and agricultural machinery components supplying Agricultural dealers across NZ.

This is a varied, full-time role offering hands-on technical work and customer-facing responsibilities. You'll be involved in everything from driveline repairs and servicing, to parts handling, packing orders and general day-to-day customer service and sales.

• Handle telephone and email enquiries, customer service, sales & invoicing.
• Package customer orders and manage parts distribution.
• Service and repair shafts, clutches, and drivelines in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop and office environment.

• Is friendly & professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Is mechanically minded with good attention to detail and comfortable in a workshop environment.
• Has good computer literacy and experience with invoicing systems a plus.
• Is physically fit and capable of lifting and handling equipment.
• Has a clean and tidy appearance and a strong work ethic.
