Grader Operator - Te Awamutu

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Grader Operator to work on a range of general civil and pavement construction projects throughout the Waikato region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work with a respected contractor on high-quality infrastructure builds.

- Operate grader machinery to trim and level surfaces
- Perform bulk earthworks, roading, and pavement preparation
- Read and interpret site plans and set levels
- Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks
- Work closely with foremen, engineers, and site crews
- Proven experience operating graders on civil or pavement works
- Confident in final trim and working to tight tolerances
- WTR
- Valid Site Safe certification
- Valid New Zealand work rights
- Full NZ driver's licence
