**About Us**

We are a well-established company with approximately 60 staff, including sales agents, operating primarily from our main office in Palmerston North. Our Residential Rentals team is comprised of around 15 dedicated professionals and continues to expand.

Daniel Granger, a co-owner and director of our company, heads our residential property management operations, ensuring strong leadership and expertise in the field.

**About the Role**

As a Property Manager, you'll enjoy a balanced workday split between office-based administrative tasks and on-the-road property inspections. You'll be managing a portfolio of rental properties primarily in Palmerston North, with occasional oversight in Feilding, Foxton, and Levin.

37.5 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct regular property inspections and liaise with tenants and landlords.
  • Manage tenancy agreements, rent collection, and maintenance requests.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

**About You**
