We are a luxury hotel located in St Clair that offers top level service to the guests that visit Dunedin.
We are a small and tight team, and we are searching for someone that is positive and works well alone and in a team.
The role will be 2-4 shifts per week, with 7-8 hour per shift with some weekend shifts.
Some of your responsibilities include:
VIP managementBookings management
Relationship management with OTA and other Travel Agents
Maintaining communications throughout the hotel team
Delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring guests' comfort and safety
Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
Take responsibility for extra tasks when needed
Skills and experiences:
Customer service focusGood communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Admin and reception experience related to hotel
Good personal presentation
Flexibility to work any shifts of the week
Initiative and motivation
Experience with Word/Excel
Good understanding in e-mail writing
