Restaurant and Bar Duty Management position - Christchurch
An exciting opportunity to join our talented and diverse Christchurch Casino Food & Beverage Team as a Bars Shift Team Leader. This role offers the chance to lead a large FOH team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the added opportunity to step up and assist with Duty Manager shifts, as and when required, which will come with a higher hourly rate.
You’ll work closely with the F&B Operations Manager and Assistant F&B Operations to coordinate the daily operations, support your team, and ensure exceptional service across our outlets, Premium Lounge, Skylark Bar & Lounge, Monza Sports Bar and The Café.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Leadership experience in a busy bar/restaurant environment
- Sound knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Barista experience
- A current Duty Manager licence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and flexible approach
This role primarily involvesevenings and weekends, so flexibility across our operating hours is essential - Sunday to Thursday midday-1am, Friday to Saturday midday-2am.Availability over the Christmas and New Year period is required.
