Kilcoy Global Foods, in partnership with Trade Assist, are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join its expanding operation in Victoria Australia. As the Loadout Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the loadout facility, ensuring products are handled, stored, and dispatched in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. You'll lead a team of loadout staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and high performance.
About the role:
- Supervise and coordinate all loadout and dispatch activities
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and operational standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and loadout schedules
- Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the loadout team
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with internal departments and external transport providers to ensure smooth operations
In a perfect world the successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a logistics, dispatch, or meat processing environment
- Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Forklift licence
