Unichem Alexandra Pharmacy is a well-established, progressive pharmacy located in the heart of Central Otago. We're proud to be a dynamic and high-performing pharmacy, dispensing over 600 prescriptions daily while also running a busy vaccination clinic and delivering a range of clinical services to the local hospital and wider community.

About the Position and You:
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to join a leading-edge pharmacy that's reimagining what community pharmacy can be. Our pharmacists are empowered to operate at the top of their scope, and we value clinical leadership, innovation, and a team-focused mindset.
This is a permanent full time position working 42 hours across 5 days from Monday to Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- * Providing expert clinical advice and patient consultations
- * Administering vaccinations and supporting health initiatives
- * Mentoring interns and supporting a positive learning culture
- * Contributing to new and existing clinical service delivery
- * Being a collaborative, engaged, and energetic team member
To thrive in this role, you'll have:
- Current registration (or eligibility) as a pharmacist in New Zealand
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in delivering pharmacy services
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and teach others
- An interest in innovation and using pharmacy technology (robotics, sachet systems, etc.)
- A sense of humour, openness to community life, and an appreciation for balance
