We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Sales & Operations Coordinator to help grow the CIRQL division and manage day-to-day sales operations across multiple channels.

This is not a traditional desk sales role. We’re looking for someone hands-on, commercially minded, tech-comfortable, and confident managing online marketplaces, customer communication, and wholesale lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Online Sales
  • Create and manage Trade Me and Facebook Marketplace listings
  • Respond to customer enquiries and negotiate sales
  • Maintain listing quality, pricing, and stock accuracy
  • Identify high-demand products and sales opportunities
Wholesale & Lead Generation
  • Generate and follow up B2B wholesale leads
  • Promote CIRQL wholesale opportunities through all sales channels
  • Build relationships with resellers and repeat buyers
  • Assist with onboarding wholesale customers
Operations & Coordination
  • Arrange customer pickups, courier bookings, and collections
  • Coordinate with internal team regarding stock availability and dispatch
  • Help organise inventory flow and sales tracking
  • Assist with general day-to-day sales administration
Brand & Growth Support
  • Help grow CIRQL’s online presence and customer network
  • Support new sales strategies and marketplace growth initiatives
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and sales performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using online marketplaces and digital platforms
  • Fast learner with good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
  • Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Basic understanding of electronics or technology products preferred
  • Experience with Trade Me, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, or eCommerce platforms is an advantage
Bonus Skills (Not Essential)
  • Experience in wholesale, retail, logistics, or dispatch coordination
  • Social media or online marketing experience
  • Photography/listing content experience
  • Interest in circular economy or refurbished technology industry
