We are currently seeking a Loss Prevention Assistant to join our dedicated Security team at Napier City PAK'nSAVE.
About the Role:As a Loss Prevention Assistant, your primary responsibility is to help ensure the safety of our team and customers while managing all loss prevention and security-related matters. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where quick thinking, adaptability, and a calm approach are key.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor store activity to prevent theft and ensure safety
- Respond to incidents professionally and efficiently
- Use technology to support security operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable engaging with a wide range of people
Experience is not essential – full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Rostered Hours:* Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
