Gym Customer Service/ Reception

Our receptionist superstars always ensure QT Gym is clean and tidy and always able to assist with any enquiry from our members. Duties can vary from day to day, but below is a typical snapshot of the responsibilities of a receptionist.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service
- Greet and farewell members entering and exiting the club, both from Reception and on the Gym Floor.
- Assist prospective members by explaining membership options and benefits and tours around the facility.
- Assist members with any membership enquiries.
- Provide members with recommendations for Personal Training.
- Answering phones and handling enquiries.
- Administration
- Completion of membership forms, both manually and electronically.
- Process paperwork for manual payments and complete cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Daily reconciliation of till and banking procedure.
- Cleaning and Health & Safety
- Completion of daily cleaning roster specifications.
- Hazard identification and reporting.
- Completion of shift checklists, including opening and closing.
- 5 shifts either 6am
- 1.30pm or 1.30pm
- 9.30pm. Permanent days will be scheduled on a fortnightly roster.
Minimum 30 hours per week.
