Class 5 Truck Drivers

We are looking for four experienced Class 5 truck drivers to join our busy team. These are full-time and permanent positions in Auckland region.

• manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading;
• loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices;
• observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles;
• making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely;
• estimating weights to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe distribution of weight;
• ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage;
• verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods and obtaining certification of deliveries;
• keeping logbook records up to date

• At least 1 year of experience as a truck driver
• Clean New Zealand class 5 licence or equivalent
• New Zealand resident or citizen
• Drug testing clearance

• Excellent hourly pay: $30-35 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)
• It is a shift work Monday – Saturday
• Working hours: Morning shift between 7am - 5pm. Night shift between 7pm – 5am
• You will be rostered to work either morning or night shift
• Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Overtime starts after 40 hours at ordinary rate
