We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our administration team within Adult Community Mental Health and Addiction Services (ACMHAS) at Tauranga Hospital.The main purpose of this role is to cover any leave throughout the administration team based at ACMHAS.This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to problem solve and think outside the box.

It is an important part of a team who work closely together and with multiple stakeholders across Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty.
It will also require a high level of flexibility as it will be providing support across the whole Adult Community Mental Health administration team as required.Have you got the skills and experience we're looking for?
If so, then this job may be for you!This is a permanent, 1.0 FTE position working 80 hours per fortnight.About YouTo be successful in this position you will have the ability to work to a high level and provide excellent customer service.
You will be a strong communicator both in verbal and written communication while having well-developed interpersonal skills.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in an administrative position.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of patient information systems and have a high level of detail and organisational skills.
