Veterinary Receptionist - Christchurch

This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with both people and animals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

• Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Managing phone calls, appointment bookings, and client enquiries
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
• Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the clinic

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Confident with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a veterinary/medical setting is an advantage
